Kinesis Tripster ATR V3

The ATR legacy is built upon foundations of exploration, new experiences, and expanding horizons. The new ATR vol.3 titanium bike frame is more beautiful and more capable than ever, thanks to several refinements over the much-loved and highly respected v2, and the addition of our new carbon Range fork with additional load carrying ability.

The ATR is designed with input from our Kinesis UK ambassadors across the globe, informing the details that make a difference out on the road and trail. So whether your next journey is a Himalayan expedition or a British local overnighter, the ATR vol.3 adventure bike frameset is the perfect complement to your spirit of adventure.

-
New Tube Set: Cold drawn seamless 3Al/2.5V titanium tubing and machined headtube, for ultimate strength and rider comfort.

-
New Kinesis Range Fork: Newly designed load carrying carbon fork for even bigger adventure. As with the frame, compatible with 700x45c tyres.

-
New Seatstay/Seattube Junction: Greater weld area for additional strength and improved aesthetics.

-
Improved Cable Routing: Exit window on downtube and cable outer stops replace the downtube opening and plastic cable guide for lower maintenance. Frame compatible with all mechanical and electronic groupsets.

-
GW Switch Lever Thru Axles: Clean and simple design with a removable lever.

-
New Laser Etched Decal: A touch of custom styling and colour on the minimal branding.

-
Anti-Shock Tuning: Flattened seat stays for improved vibration damping.

-
Kinesis Rider Fit Geometry: Better fit and more consistent handling for a wider range of riders. Two smallest sizes have a semi sloping top tube for greater seat post extension and greater comfort. Longer reaches (recommended for use with shorter stems) mean there is less toe overlap on smaller sizes.

FAQ's:
Northern Ride | Frequently Asked Questions
Please see below for many of the frequently asked questions. This area is designed to provide you with additional information prior to ordering online or before contacting us about your bike, customisation and pricing.

Availability: If a bike is showing as 'available' this means it is either in stock with us or at our suppliers warehouse; the delivery time when available is usually 3-5 working days. If there is a pre-order date this means the bike is currently not in stock or available at our suppliers and the next availability will be from that specific pre-order date; the delivery time will then be 3-5 working days from the pre-order date (please not on occasions pre-order dates can alter due to component availability).

Pre-Order: To pre-order a bike you simply need to use the 25% deposit code 'DEPOSIT25' during checkout. This will secure the bike with a 25% deposit with the rest payable prior to collection or delivery.

Competitive Pricing: We will simply offer you a competitive price across our range of bikes to every customer, every day of the year, not just during promotions. In addition to a competitive price, you will also receive our high level of service; check out our 5 stars google rating from recent reviews.

Price Match: We will endeavour to price match or even beat a price offered by other retailers based on their price and level of service. The majority of our bikes go out with some level of customisation (eg: wheelset upgrade, component size, gear ratios, tyre upgrades etc.) and this often provides better value than a discount. In addition, all our road bikes receive a complimentary Bike Fit on collection and we spend lots of time explaining the setup during collection too. If you have a bike you would like us to beat the price on you can complete our form here.

Finance: We offer 0% finance over 12 months, 4.9% finance over 18 months or 9.9% finance over 24 months. If you would like to enquire for a bike on finance you can contact us with the details using our finance application form here and we will email you an application. Alternatively you can come and see us at the shop and we will go through the finance application with you, see what you need to bring here.

Cycle to Work Scheme: A great way of saving money on your bike is using the cycle to work scheme. There are various schemes available to purchase your new bike and are usually unlimited in value. Some initiatives have a cap, however some also allow you to 'top-up' on your cycle to work scheme voucher allowing you to add money and purchase a higher value bike. Contact us for more details if you would like to use a cycle to work voucher as part of your purchase. If we don't currently do the initiative your employer offers we will simply sign up to it.

Customisation: We customises the majority of bikes that leave us in some way from fitting altering gear ratios to upgrading wheelsets. Use our enquiry form to contact us about customisation here.

Delivery & Shipping: The majority of our customers come to the shop to collect their bikes and receive a Bike Fit and setup advice. However if you are too far away or don't have time to collect we will simply send the bike to you, securely packed and insured. The bike will usually just require the bars tightening and front wheel inserting; setup advice will be sent via email to help you with this.
